Online: Conversation and Speaking

Conversation and Speaking

This is a 3-hour workshop aimed at teachers who work with conversation lessons and those who would like to develop speaking as a skill. If you have ever heard a student say ‘teacher, I want to be more fluent’ this course is for you.

We are going to cover topics such as:

  • How are traditional conversation lessons and speaking skills lessons different?
  • What are speaking subskills and how can we develop them?
  • What can we do to actually help students sound more fluent?
  • Can we develop speaking skills at low levels?

We are going to bridge theory and practice and give you practical ideas to help your students become better speakers.
